Website Design Inspiration: Don’t Miss

Awwwards features a selection of CSS Websites that have been evaluated as the most effective by “the best developers, designers and Web agencies in the world.” Highlighting Websites on a per-week and per-month basis to feature the best of the best, you can also browse sites based on prominent colors used in its design. Based on a strict system of evaluation based on design, creativity, usability and content, the international jury includes some pretty prominent Web leaders such as Abduzeedo founder Fabio Sasso.

The goal for the Awwwards is “to create a meeting point where Web developers, designers and agencies across the world can share experiences, inspiration and knowledge: A community that bids for a more accessible, usable and beautiful Internet.”

Great for design inspiration of all kindS, from typography, to layout and interactive, this site reminds me of how simplicity works best when it comes to great Web design.
