Typography Nerd Alert: Don’t Miss “Typo Taches” by Ryan Dixon

Funny mustache trend + typography = typo taches. Creative Director Ryan Dixon designed these humorous “typo taches” posters to demonstrate the “versatility of the typographic bracket.” In order, the images below depict Tom Selleck, Hulk Hogan and Freddie Mercury’s upper lips. The posters were also exhibited at The Ship of Fools Gallery in The Hague, Netherlands, as part of “More is a Bore”– an exhibition on minimalist graphic design last year.
