If you’re one who loves film marketing like trailers and posters as much (or even more than) the actual film, you can’t miss the Website The Film Informant.
The Film Informant reviews, rates and organizes all of the print, online and trailer marketing for feature films, and invites viewers to share their opinion as well. Stemming from a team who “lives for all movie media,” the site also provides proper credit to all agencies involved in the design and editing of the movie marketing published. (Hint to aspiring film marketing-makers… check out the list of agencies to browse work by your favorite design firm or trailer house).
The site also offers a “from the streets” section where you can check out film marketing on outdoor signage, billboards, bus stops, buildings and more.
The Film Informant is affiliated with sister sites, The TV Informant, The Spot Informant and The Game Informant, which also conveniently organize ad campaigns into their respective categories, and by agency.
Below, check out trailers and posters for the feature film, Immortals. The trailer was developed by Los Angeles-based trailer/editing house, Vibe Creative, and motion graphics firm Greenhaus GFX. The posters were designed by BLT & Associates.
