Typography Tuesday: “Show Us Your Type” for Poster Design Inspiration

SHOW US YOUR TYPE is a project that celebrates typography and cities in poster form. The founders of the site have organized several deadlines inviting designers to develop posters focused on major cities like as New York, Berlin, Barcelona and most recently Melbourne.

SHOW US YOUR TYPE logoIt’s free for designers to submit their work (for which they maintain the rights), for the opportunity to be selected as one of 100 posters deemed fit for publication on the site to represent each city.

Even if you don’t participate, it’s a nice spot for typography inspiration.

“We started this project to provide a creative platform for designers to share their talents and explore cities from a different perspective,” state the founders.
