Portfolio Week: FIDM Graphic Design Grad Lingyi Zeng’s Edgy Take on Magazine and Packaging Design

Small design details help Lingyi Zeng’s final graphic design portfolio shine, from packaging design, to typography and publication design, to logo design and brand marketing. Originally from China, Zeng graduated from FIDM’s Graphic Design/Branding program last month.

We love Zeng’s take on Celine Dion’s “Let’s Talk about Love” album with a feminine color palette and believable brand marketing and outdoor advertising. Zeng’s colorful floral designs give simple packaging for “Jur Lique” beauty products some bold personality, while Zeng’s layout and typographic choices give imagined Angeles magazine some serious edge.

Browse Zeng’s full portfolio below, and make sure to check back during the next couple of weeks to browse more new graphic design portfolios by recent FIDM Grads. For more inspiration, browse our Portfolio gallery.
