Get Fresh Design Inspiration During Portfolio Week on FIDMDigitalArts.com

FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising celebrated its Graduation Ceremony over the weekend, unleashing another class of talented creative graduates into the fashion and entertainment industries.

On the FIDMDigitalArts.com Blog, our special focus on FIDM Digital Media and FIDM Graphic Design Students and Alumni continues this week. We’ll be posting photos from graduation, new portfolios, and projects developed by FIDM Alumni.

Whether you’re looking for design inspiration, new creative talent, or if you’re curious about what FIDM’s Graphic Design and Digital Media programs have to offer, come back during the next couple of weeks to get fresh design inspiration from new portfolios of graduating FIDM Graphic Design Students, and videos developed by FIDM Digital Media Alumni.

For example, check out the graphic design portfolio of Taz Viloria, a Graphic Design/Branding graduate of FIDM. His book includes logo designs with applied applications that reflect a strong sense of brand identity skills, magazine design (also known as publication design), music packaging with accompanying brand marketing materials and signage, and more. We especially admire Taz’s “Leef Life” project, a logo and brand identity campaign that promotes sustainable living using the catch phrase, “Helping others turn a new leef,” (page 7).
