Film Friday: Target Invites Emerging Digital Media Artists to Develop Inspiring MoGraph Shorts for L.A. Live

Being located just blocks away from L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles at FIDM, we are witness to some amazing digital media and print campaigns. We have to admit, Target’s advertising always captures our attention, like these billboards by graphic designer, Allan Peters.

In a fresh new campaign, Target sought motion graphics artists from around the world to contribute to their “Surprise & Delight in Red & White” project to develop short animated spots to display in L.A. Live’s impressive outdoor digital signage.

“Target partnered with us and other established artists to help inspire up-and-coming motion designers/animators,” says motion graphics studio, Sebas & Clim, who created a branded motion design piece to set the stage for an open call for emerging artists to then submit their work (shown below).
