FIDM/SF Alumna, Kim Vu, is an Associate Graphic Designer for Old Navy’s Baby Division

During the past six months FIDM Graphic Design Alumna, Kim Vu, has been designing graphics for infant apparel as an associate graphic designer for the Baby Division of leading retailer, Old Navy.

Even while earning her graphic design degree at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Vu’s work reflected an illustrative, whimsical aesthetic appropriate for the infant apparel graphics market (as demonstrated in her final graphic design portfolio shown below). Vu recently returned to FIDM’s San Francisco campus where she earned her degree, to show off one of her most recent apparel graphic designs.

Featuring her custom-designed typography, Vu’s T-shirt design translates to “Big Problems in Little Shirt.” Scroll down to browse Vu’s graphic design portfolio.
