FIDM Portfolio Week: Get Inspired by Fine Type and Illustrative Logos in Tara Rumore’s Graphic Design/Branding Book

We love perusing the new portfolios developed by recent Graphic Design grads at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising to scope out new graphic design trends and get inspired by the work of young, up-and-coming talent. A close look at the Graphic Design/Branding portfolio by Tara Rumore reveals her attention to detail and passion for typography. The clever title of Rumore’s imagined fine food magazine Exquis (french for “exquisite”) is a nice touch and demonstrates the same strong conceptual thinking skills exhibited in all of her work, including the brand identity concept for imagined bar/lounge “Chocolate Bar,” and her organic illustrative logo re-design concepts shown below.

Browse Rumore’s full portfolio below, and make sure to check back during the next couple of weeks to browse more new graphic design portfolios by recent FIDM Grads. For more inspiration, browse our Portfolio gallery.
