Featured Graphic Design Contest: Emergent Activewear, Inc.

Coinciding with the launch of Emergent Activewear, Inc.’s athletic clothing line this summer, the Chicago-based fashion label is hosting a Shirt and Short Design Contest open to college design students through which the winner may earn design royalties and a $250 prize. Prizes:

“It is important to us that we make this a fair and meaningful opportunity for  students. Outlined in our terms and conditions, chosen designers will receive royalties for their designs sold in addition to the other prizes mentioned,” states Emergent Activewear, Inc. “Additionally, if their design isn’t selected, we don’t hold any IP rights to the design. As a result, designers can do whatever they’d like with their work after the contest (provided they exclude our trademark).”
